Boot Camp

Looking for results? Love a challenge? Hit a plateau? Need to lose weight? Forte Bootcamp is your solution! FORTE Bootcamp is a specifically designed workout program focused on building total body strength, using a wide variety of exercises and formats. These workouts challenge the body, incorporating sprints, plyometric movements, weight training, and body weight exercises that can all be modified and progressed to accommodate any fitness level. Bootcamp is the perfect combination for building overall fitness, athleticism, speed, power, and endurance. This type of training yields big results and will change your body! Each workout is unique, challenging, and fun. All fitness levels are welcome! Come see what FORTE Bootcamp can do for YOU! 

 

BOSU Circuit

A strong and stable training class using BOSU balance trainer and an array of additional small equipment to offer a functional workout strengthening the body from the inside out! Consistent attendance of this class will increase strength by improving stability and ability to maintain optimal joint position through daily movement or in over workout! Perfect for beginners but equally as awesome for seasoned fitness enthusiasts!

 

Circuit Training: Strong Foundations

Perfect for anyone looking for a low impact circuit/interval training workout including simple and easy to follow, yet effective, total body strength and core exercises including mobility and balance work all in one session! All levels welcome as modifications and progressions will be shown. A PERFECT option for someone starting their fitness journey but super effective and engaging for seasoned exercisers or rehabbing from injury as well! Come build your foundation with us!

 

Cycle Forte 

This class is more than just stationary bike workouts! We ride together as a pack in a mood-lit studio to the rhythm of one-of-a-kind playlists from top 40 to old school rock-n-roll! Built for all levels working in the same environment, Cycle Forte classes are encouraging, motivating and of course, entertaining! In our classes, the only person you will be competing with is yourself. While there may eventually exist titled rides that have a specific focus, we believe in promoting a non-competitive atmosphere overall at Forte Fitness where your only competition, is yourself. Competition to become better, stronger, faster and more fit that YOU were, the day before, with each ride you take with us! Take the RIDE, Embrace the JOURNEY!

   

DANCE*FIT℠ 

Perfect for everybody and every BODY! Each DANCE*FIT℠ class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on in a CLUB like atmosphere using only TOP 40 and HIP HOP MUSIC created by Forte's owner, Brandi Martin. DANCE*FIT℠ is an empowering, motivating, inspiring and easy to follow dance fitness class for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels! DANCE*FIT is a form of self-expression through the artful flare of sexy, exotic and inspiring dance steps that empower the mind, body and soul! Join us for a most exhilarating hour of energy and leave with a renewed sense of self-confidence! Please note that unless indicated, these classes are for ages 15+! Diamond Club (60+yrs) Weight Training for Women

This workout is designed for women aged 60+ to improve strength and muscle tone. The class focuses on key exercises for overall body strength, stability, and proper technique, ensuring safe and effective workouts. Whether you're new to strength training or want to enhance your routine, this class will help you stay active and healthy as you age. Join us for a stronger, fitter and anti-aging you—and maybe even meet some new friends!

  

EXPRESS Forte LIFT (45 mins)

Strength is the foundation of performance and durability! This TOTAL BODY weight training class will utilize various equipment to include barbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, sandbags and more. Modifications and teaching of proper technique and form will always be coached in a supportive and non-intimidating environment!

 

FIGHT CLUB: Boxing+HIIT

Get ready for a high-energy boxing class for ALL LEVELS with some HIIT intervals! This workout combines the fundamentals of boxing with strength/endurance training to help you build power, agility, and strength. Punching combos on bags and mitts, and boxing inspired drills will challenge and motivate you. Perfect for everyone from experienced to boxing newbies, this boxing class is the perfect way to improve your physical fitness and mental toughness. So grab your gloves, get ready to sweat and leave empowered! **Equipment provided but is first come first served. We do recommend boxing gloves inside hand wraps/pads. All can be found on Amazon, Walmart or Dicks Sporting Goods! You don't need expensive ones!!

 

Forte*BEATS (Cycling/Indoor Biking Class)

Come ride as a pack in our mood-lit studio to beat drops so energizing that you'll be begging for a longer workout! This class combines cycling with synchronized movements and choreography originally developed by Kristina Girod of POWER+FLOW for an energetic and coordinated workout. All levels welcome. It's all about building foundations and getting better with every class! Come CATCH THAT BEAT with us!

 

Forte LIFT (weights) and EXPRESS Forte LIFT

Glute Gains

Glute Gains is a weight training class that targets the posterior chain (glutes, legs, hips, back) by using a variety of movements that will challenge you beyond just a basic squat. This class utilizes everything from barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, to resistance bands, and body weight exercises that are proven to activate, strengthen, and grow your glutes! All fitness levels are welcome!

 

H.I.I.T.

H.I.I.T stands for High Intensity Interval Training. ALL fitness levels are preferred and welcome with modifications shown! Get your TOTAL BODY WORKOUT with STRENGTH and CARDIO with this burner! It’s one of our most popular classes for a reason. Adding this type of workout into your routine can result in distinct differences in your other workouts such as more stamina and endurance. Studies have shown that HIIT training helps you burn more calories all day, long after your workout is complete and even at rest!  

 

Total Body Fusion (Strength/Cardio/Core)

Taking it back to the basics! Your coach will lead you through a well rounded, energizing and upbeat full body workout, incorporating weight training, cardio and core. This class is all level friendly and coached in our "lead-follow" format , however, form and technique will always be prioritized! You are in control of the pace, the intensity, and as always… the fun!

 

Upper Body 

Join us for a weight training program that will get your upper body toned and tightened! Weight training is used to increase muscle, tendon and ligament strength, as well as increase bone density, flexibility, tone, metabolic rate, AND postural support. This class uses resistance bands to help activate muscles as well as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and suspension trainers to strengthen and tone. We will focus on toning and strengthening upper body: arms, chest, back and core, getting you ready for that beach body year round! All fitness levels welcome!

 

XTREME HIP HOP STEP

A revamp of traditional step aerobics! With routines set to old and new school hip hop music, it will certainly make you want to get up and move while getting a great calorie burn on! A personal step is encouraged and preferred but not required. We also have a few but they will be first come, first served! 

 

 

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and resistance training with quick bursts of cardio throughout, designed to create a full-body workout. Don’t let the low intensity fool you - you will still be working! Yoga Sculpt is the perfect companion to both your strength training and traditional yoga routines. This workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

Zumba® Fitness

Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on in a dance-fitness P-A-R-T-Y like atmosphere! How It Works: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin, Top 40 and World Rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Benefits: A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
